Blossoms outside my window
I love seeing these blossoms from my bedroom window. This morning they had gorgeous sunlight on them but by the time I got out there, there was more shade than sun on the blossoms. I had to wait for Gavin to get back from his run as I needed to climb up a tall ladder to reach these blossoms and I needed him to hold the ladder, as I did not fancy taking a tumble with my camera and heavy lens. I used my f/2.8 70-200mm lens here which is the most stunning lens in my arsenal of lenses but boy, it is heavy!
Last night's jazz concert was fantastic. Definitely foot tapping and head nodding type of music, and the picnic supper and Prosecco went down a treat! The star of the show was a sixth former who after finishing school this summer has been awarded a scholarship from Berkeley University in California to study music, and he hopes to specialise in writing film music.
I am dying to see the conclusion to Line of Duty but we are going to friends for supper tonight, so it will have to wait until Sunday night.
