Tour de Yorkshire – Stage Two – Otley to Doncaster.
OK you can blame me . . . no TV coverage of the Women’s Race and late coverage of the Men’s Race today. Let me explain . . .
As Sir Bradley Wiggins left the race yesterday I seized my chance. I dashed over to Otley this morning on my Grand Yorkshire Bicycle, as shown in my Blip. For some reason, which I cannot understand, the scrutineers refused to let me into the race and sent me away. So I found THE plug for the TV coverage, pulled it out and threw it away. Sorry ! Now in hiding . . .
You gotta laugh . . . whilst the TV crews were trying to fill in time by interviewing anyone and everyone – across the road was The Partially Sighted Society shop !  Grand planning or what . . . hehe . . .
