Last Showing

The white roses in the garden outside our bedroom are still looking beautiful despite the lateness of the season. The bush is "Margaret Merrill", with a lovely fragrance and a favourite of mine. Our Margaret and Emily returned to Wellington this morning. The house is quiet. Keith and I attended the opening of an important art exhibition this evening. It was lovely to catch up with friends there whilst admiring all sorts of works of art from around New Zealand.
