Chutney prep

One of the boys favourite dishes is Yorkshire Rarebit with Tomato Chutney.
Yorkshire because it's made with Yorkshire Ale and the tomato chutney is s quick boil up for the evening rather than a bottling session. JB wanted to know how to make the chutney but came home and fell fast asleep - so I took pictures of each step, with an explanation - this is the spicy extras stage. Garlic, ginger and chilli.
