Vegan Food....

Some people think vegan food is bland and tasteless. Not if it's cooked and conceived well. I was at ODDEST in Chorlton and couldn't decide what to have. The new manager, Graham, suggested this, the Goodness Gracious Pea. The burger is made of roasted chickpeas, red onion and mango chutney inside a bun with little gem lettuce, beef tomato and cucumber and tofu raita. I had some fries but spoiled the entire vegan thing by having some mayonnaise which contains eggs of course. That aside, the dish was delicious.
