I'm so pleased it's just February or March. Oh no it's almost May, this is not good.

What's good however are the juniors playing cricket this evening. The club have had to order 40 shirts for those between 9 and 13. Most are from the village and even a bit of hail doesn't stop them. Brilliant.

What else is good is the beer at the Rodney, our first time in since the new landlords and I think the beer had improved. So much so that I've brought back a jug to stay hydrated while dinner cooks.

Finally, it's a three day weekend. More reasons to celebrate a Happy Friday.
