Neil

Neil is a Lib Dem councillor for Eden District Council. He is the sort of councillor who you would want to represent you. He is fiercely dedicated to his ward and making sure it is represented, and is a staunch Liberal Democratt.

He is one of the subjects of the 7UP series, and has an amazing history.
