Storm troopers?

Are these stormtroopers? I never really saw Star Wars but I am assuming they have something to do with it. They were standing next to the girl giving out Argos catalogues, , I assume they were all together but am not very sure what the marketing USP was. Will absolutely refused to go near them for a photo, I thought was quite sensible.

Anyway, it turned out to be a rather nice day, had a very satisfactory half hour in the Monsoon sale. Glass of wine now and sea bass for dinner.......
