Pipers et al.

Today was Armed Forces Day in Inverness and coincided with The Inverness Highland Games. There were street entertainers around the City(I hate that word) Burgh centre prior to the Parade. As our garrison of soldiers had only returned from Afghanistan 36 hours ago only a few of them took part. As a result I am showing you a Phalanx of Pipers followed by British Legion Standard Bearers. If I had'nt been in position an hour and threequartes before the parade started I would'nt have got this shot as the whole High Street was heaving. I hope you think it was worth it. May the sun keep shining on you all.
