All Change

I worked today which was lovely. I'm down to my basic hours at the moment-the start of term is usually fairly quiet but I'm starting to get a few extra days in the diary. I do feel like I'm not quite 'in the loop' when I'm down to one day a week.
Alfie had an early cricket practice so, by the time I got home, he had got home from school, got changed and taken himself (and his huge kit bag) off to cricket.
It's funny how they seem to be small and dependent one day, then suddenly off and doing their own thing the next. Mind you, he did ring me at 5.30 and ask me to pick him up.
He made an Oreo cheesecake in Food Tech which was absolutely amazing but soooooo calorific!
