Campanula "Alarm bell".....

I had a really scary experience today. 
After an early rise. and  90 minute fast walk, I was feeling great and back at home, cooked an eight egg chocolate cake for the kids. 
Then I began to feel a pain in my shoulder so sat on the sofa with a hot water bottle, hoping it would pass. 
After an hour or so, a headache developed. I think it was migraine 'cos I had a few gaps in my vision and the light seemed weird.
I managed to make some lunch but when S came in and began to give me the latest news, I was unable to make any sense of what he was saying. I couldn' t associate meaning to the words. 
I could see him looking worried as he tried to help me understand the words, repeating them and putting them in different contexts  but it took quite a few minutes before I was able, very gradually  to  get the brain working properly. I hope it was just an isolated event and doesn't mean that the brain rot is beginning to settle in..............
