Deceptive

Looks like spring but it doesn't feel like it! Again snow, rain, wind and a bit of sun today, and cold. On a square nearby, Hohenzollernplatz, there are huge planters filled with lovely tulips, daffodills and pansies. I was surprised that they hadn't suffered from the bad weather.
