Ingredients

This afternoon I met a friend in Newcastle for a lovely long walk and a catch up.  We were soaked several times over first by sleet and then by rain.  It didn't deter us and we had a great walk but no blip.  The weather on the drive home was something else.  The temperature on the dash was 1.5 degrees and the sleet turned to snow, large dry flakes which were falling heavily. Thankfully once out of the city the snow stopped and apparently it had been dry at home all afternoon!

My lovely husband had dinner organised when I got in and these ingredients provided a welcome blip!
