Wasted space

I walk past this derelict factory near Sidcup most days. It was built in 1937 but has been vacant for many years. Once it was destined to be an ikea but the council's said no because of the traffic congestion that might cause! A quick Google of the site brings back some amazing pictures of the graffiti inside and the building still has the original crittal windows.

One day it'll either be converted or bulldozed and either event will be a benefit to the area.
