Self Medication

This bottle had been sitting with a dregs in it for far too long.
Whilst my other half receives medication and sleeping pills to deal with the latest cruel news, I have hit the bottle.
All be it in a very modest way.

Sigh.
Not ready to share the news yet, but time will tell what happens next.
