A gathering of gulls

The gulls were having a lodge meeting at the Canoe Pool.  I was able to walk past without interrupting their discussions but then some children arrived and even though I was much closer to them than the children, they started hurrumphing and carrying on talking about the children of today and such like before taking off en masse. 

I am afraid I am a very bad blipper of late and haven't had much time for browsing or commenting.  Well rather than carry on, I will go as Freespiral says "off piste" for a few days until all this activity ceases and I get some quiet time on the weekend.  So dear blippers - hasta luego.
