The sun is as high as an elephant's eye

The sky was beautiful last night, but I didn't have time to stop around and watch it.  

I'm having a camera up my bum tomorrow, and I had to commence the flushing of the arse tonight pronto. 

I hadn't had anything to eat since lunch time, I like this diet,I don't need to worry about calories, so I was looking forward to the nice drink of white powder and water.  I drank one litre of that, plus another litre of water, and then waited.  

I didn't have to wait too long, but it became evident that my walking upstairs to the loo and coming back down was a waste of energy. I just did stairs constantly, until I took to my bed.  That was the best bit. 

Then, tomorrow I have to wake at 6 and do the same thing again, but accounting for how much I have flushed from my body already, I don't really think there will be much to flush out again. 


Ha ha ha - how foolish I am, of course there was more to flush through.... all that flipping liquid!  oh joy! Roll on that camera!
