Norwich Market

A market is a place full of atmosphere, colour and character. Norwich market is no exception. I had a wander up and down at lunch time, just looking.

I got home at 5.45 and I'm not sure where the evening has gone, other than I had a very long chat to my lovely friend Joanne on the telephone. Actually, it really was a long chat, and I miss talking to my friends, so it was just what I needed! I was out with the dogs earlier, thinking how I miss them all, and wondering about how to make new friends up here. But I don't think I really want to try and make new friends; I'll just see who i happen to meet over the course of the next few years. There are other things I need to focus on before that.

Weather is sleeting outside, and howling a gale. Perhaps we were a bit premature turning off the heating, but it seems bearable still. I keep hoping for a change to proper spring/summer temperatures!

Jon will be home tomorrow night, so I won't have to dog walk - well, not alone anyway. Just got to put my stupid hens to bed - 2 more eggs pushed out of the nest today. I am now 99% sure we wont be having any chicks this time....but I can try again in a month.
