Eco mum's birthday today. The birthday tea chosen by the family cooked by Eco dad.

This is the syrup steamed sponge, the Eco Kids love this, it also takes me back to when I was young.

As well being Eco Mum's birthday, thsi is my 100th blip, and all without a gap.
