Shielding her eyes from the sun

It's an early morning blip today. We have my granddaughter's christening tomorrow and will be travelling half way there today. The weather forecast is actually good and for the first time for weeks, I woke to an almost cloudless sky. So bright was the sun, that even the lady in the garden had to shield her eyes!
