Truffles and Pasta...

Our local growers market was higjhlighting Manjimup Black Truffles in the entrance to their Cottessloe Store earlier today.

One of the samples on offer was black truffle tortellini. These were being prepared in situ by one of their chefs,who seemed to be having a lot of fun mixing it with the locals lining up to taste his wares...yours truly included.

Also on offer was cauliflower soup with Black Truffles, just so fantastic I went back for a second taste.
