A Pool With A View

After the efforts of yesterday I thought a relaxing day around a pool with access to a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and hot pool would be nice. This was the perfect place.
Virgin Active at Canary Wharf. You couldn't wish for a more perfect view from your lounger.
Andys legs were killing him today. It was quite comical seeing him go up and down the stairs. They will get better as the days go by.
Have really enjoyed my couple of days in London.
Was extreamly saddened to hear that yet another fit, active person died at this years marathon. Just 3.2 miles from the finish line. It just doesn't seem fair. I'm going to run the 3.2 miles tomorrow then donate to help for heroes. It's the least I can do. What a hero he was. What a great cause he was doing it for. I hope they now raise loads of money in his memory.
