5 Amigos

Here is the official photo of the top five TP chaps yesterday. Our combined age is 187 but we all beat 3hrs and have qualified for the next two London marathons. The 5 of us, along with 6 others, trained together day in day out for the last 8 months and special mention should go to the chap second from the right - 2hrs 43 and lines up with the best marathon runners in the World next year. Stunning.

Anyway... today I feel 187 on my own and I wish I lived in a bungalow. It's taking me minutes to climb upstairs and I have to slide down on my back.
