Visiting the Dr - empty those pockets !!!

Feeling bit better today but had annual review  with Dr K booked anyway .
Last time he got me to leap on the scales and moaned ( in a nice way of course ) about the pounds I had put on in the last 6 years !!!
The long wait gave me the opportunity to empty my pockets and so appear  much lighter !! Ha Ha ;-)
Anyway eventually got in to meet Dr - he took my blood pressure and  we had a nice chat  about how well I have been doing  etc , etc ( blood pressure good !!).
Well before I knew it I was out with a blood test form for August - and he hadn't weighed me !!!!!!!!
All that  emptying pockets for nothing .........
