Annoyed!

There’s been a lot of very annoying things happening today.  Obviously the annoying things have been happening to Ann because gorgeous little collies are oblivious to stuff that annoys humans.

Went to work with Ann and walked the long route there.  It was so cold Ann wished she’d worn her gloves.  It’s the end of April for goodness sake.  We should be into sunny day weather.  Grrrr…………

Went to the park for a little play at lunchtime and found these empty beer bottles sitting on a picnic table.  Honestly if kids must drink, they could at least tidy away the evidence.  Grrrr…….

Got a ‘ballpark figure’ quote from one of the tradesmen that we saw last week re the big Edinburgh flat refurbishment.  It’s HUGE; almost double our original budget.  Just where do these prices come from?  Grrrrr…………..

Got home to find a huge van in our car park and a man with his head stuck halfway down a manhole. There’s rubble and pipes all over the place and we have no water??  Has anyone told us that the water has been switched off?  No they haven’t!  Grrrrr……….. Obviously Ann is having to drink wine!  Fortunately I still have lots of water in my water bowl.

So all in all it’s been a pretty annoying day.  An evening in front of the TV beckons.  Surely nothing else annoying can happen today???
