Mono Monday

All of a sudden Mono Monday was here and my day had gone. That happens. A painting on the wall in nice colours became my blip, mono Monday blip. Freezing cold Monday and a thin layer of snow in the garden. Spring must have gone away. Managed to put the summer tires on my car today, even if icy roads outside Oslo this morning. One hour late indoor spinning tonight - will have a positive impact on my body, I hope.
