Beauty and the Beast

When I saw this Boxer jumping in the surf with the girl behind him, I immediately thought of the the Disney movie Beauty and the Beast.  Starting in May, dogs are not allowed on the beaches until after 5 PM, but since we are still in April this one was running free until his very close presence frightened a small child and the dog's owner put him back on a leash, but took longer than I expected given the fright of the child and the look of alarm by the child's father.  It was obvious the dog did not belong to the girl.
