hen bath

Mum and dad have a poorly hen. We have tried a couple of things to help, but she is still not looking good. Some of the advice we saw on twitter mentioned giving a hen a bath, just dunking them in water for 10 or 15 minutes and this can work wonders. So, I did it. Mrs Brown was steeped in lovely luke warm water for 10 minutes and she seemed to quite like it actually! Whether it's doing her any good, I don't know.

Mum and I went shopping in the afternoon to Leclerc in Valréas. Got plenty of stuff for the next few days, although we have so much produce coming out of the garden, we're not going to need to go to the shops soon!

Oh and mum and dad's naughty hen? Back to her old blimmin' tricks! She's mounting all the others and pecking them like mad! Dunno what we're going to do with her.
