Refugees: Who will be next?

There is much in the press (gutter and other) about "swarms" of refugees coming over here to take our jobs, rape the NHS, pillage our generous benefits' system and worse.  This is from 98 years ago: how the tide turns.  
I found this plaque on the wall of St. Mary's Guildhall in Coventry.
