Sunshine Yellow

A great day discovering my new favourite walking route. Clipped some rhododendron cuttings for the garden on the way, and snaffled some amazing bits of driftwood On the beach for collection in the car. And a delicious cream tea at the stables tea room at Hopetoun House. Then it was home to start on the gorse and prosecco jelly, stage one complete. Now to leave it to infuse for a few days.
