Blooming Marvellous

Caroline asked me to blip this one - Sempervivum is what she thinks it is - I haven't got a clue but she said she had never seen one bloom like this before - thus the reason for a blip. This view is looking down from above. I'll have to do a blip from the side as it's a very interesting plant.
