Dragon Boat

It was the annual Dragon Boat Race at Brighton marina today, so we decided to get the bikes out for the first time in a long time, and we cycled there.  It was fun watching the boats and we were surprised how fast they were.  These guys were the winners of their particular race as you can see in my extras.

We then sat outside Cafe Rouge for a drink and shared a 'Fougasse a l'ail'  which is the French version of garlic bread before heading home - we cycled 7 miles in total at a speed of 11 miles per hour!  

When we got home I cleaned the house and Alan hoovered and mopped the floors.  I cooked a roast dinner whilst having a nice chat with Rose, but I'm shattered now and I think it'll be an early night for me!
