Woodland Walk

Mr L's weekend off, and after the shopping trip of yesterday, I was determined to be more leisurely today.

Dog has been suffering with his paws of late, and as the vet thought it may be due to sand and shingle, we have reduced the beach walks. This, by definition of our area means lead walks, and so we have searched the maps for some woods, and eventually ended up at Orlestone Forest, some 20 minutes away by car.

Walking in the woods is a pleasure that Dog and I share, but sadly Mr L does not. We had forgotten the amount of rain we have had recently, and really should have worn wellies. He grumbled his way round, and to be honest, on our own Dog and I would have gone further.

Dog loved it! I think we will return when Mr L is at work.
