Seven days

It was going to be a nice straightforward blip tonight: the number 7 shirt worn by one of the players at tonight's friendly between AFC Fylde and a Wigan Athletic XI, to signigy 7 days to the start of The Olympics.

Then I heard Roberto Matinex may be coming along. That changed things!

He and his assistant, Graeme Jones, are total gentlemen. They were more than happy to pose for photographs and sign autographs for anyone who wanted them.

I'd already let it be known to AFC Fylde Club Officers that I would want this photo. And he was happy to oblige.
