A bit of late evening baking for me tonight - a monster pavlova to take to a barbeque tomorrow. It will be lovingly topped with white chocolate, cream and raspberries tomorrow.

Busy day again, the highlight was a delicious mexican lunch that my sone treated me too - I did mean to blip that but we ate it all before we remembered - ah well.
