Lickey Hills Golf Course

With the Open Championship happening this weekend I felt inspired to head for the local course in search of a golf themed blip.

I used to play golf regularly with my brother on this course. It's one of the City of Birmingham's municipal courses, and in my opinion the best. I was never very good at the game though and haven't played much recently.

I like this view with the high-rise buildings of the city centre (about eight miles away) in the distance.
