Castle to Castle

Today I've done the Castle to Castle cycle with Ian and Chris. It's a 50 mile run from Hastings to Pevensey and then onto Herstmonceux castle. It's a very nice event, though perishing this morning. It's also a good step forward in my training for the Ride London 100. I'm riding this for St Michael's Hospice, an excellent and worthy cause. All sponsors greatly accepted.
