The Beat, Llangollen Fringe Festival

A great evening's entertainment courtesy of a Northern Soul disco followed by The Beat. Held in the town hall I suspect it's the smallest venue I've been to, but it was great for being so small scale. No security, no bouncers, and no barriers just a community working together to create a great festival. When someone spilt a beer, two ladies rushed out with a mop to ensure no one slipped - a lovely light-hearted moment which put a smile on many a face.

A real party atmosphere, The Beat got everyone dancing - hope they return to Llangollen (they said they would).
