Otumutu Lagoon.....home!

The autumn trees and the pongas in the bush on the hill looked pretty special this afternoon as we headed out for an afternoon's fishing. Thought I would share where we live, it is a pretty special place. You might notice the poplar tree in the middle with the pew...that is our summer meeting place..or "church". Reminding us as the autumn leaves are falling that it is time to put it back in the shed until next summer.
After a drizzly morning it turned into  pretty nice afternoon and we got three nice trout. The extras show Ella with her very first trout, and Aidan celebrating his catch appropriately.!
