Two fine old ladies

The one in the distance is The Lady of the Lake, the one you can only see a very small part of the Raven (on board which Trev, Chloe and I are sailing on Ullswater. Both are Victorian 'steamers' which have now been converted but used to be powered by coal. Both are very fine indeed. Now they transport pleasure-seekers but originally boats on Ullswater were used to take supplies to the head of the lake as the road beside it was really just a pack-horse track.
