Coneflower Fireworks
Brody and I spent the day taking care of Sanibel...she was sick since yesterday afternoon, and wilted like a plucked flower after trying to eat breakfast today. We moved Gramma Camp to their house and tried to do as little as possible.
Finally, we took her to meet her mom at the doctor's office, and Brody and I went to the National Cemetery. He got to meet his Great-Grandfather, who is buried there, and we had a nice adventure looking around the beautiful grounds.
When we looked through all the photos of the day, Brody decided he liked this flower the best, because it looks just like fireworks...and it is still July!!!
So here is our version of flower fireworks. Very little editing on this one for a change, just cropped it to heighten the firework shape.
Sanibel is feeling better, but will be resting until we resume Gramma Camp next Tuesday.
