Blackcap

While K was enjoying a wild plant workshop at the Hermitage of Braid, I visited Blackford Pond. Willow warblers and Chiffchaffs were announcing their presence, but this male Blackcap was just quietly going about searching for food with his mate.
Never still for long, they darted about - giving tantalising glimpses in the spring sunshine.
