My selection of non metallic rings which I can wear with safety.

After a fairly quiet morning in charity shop spent the afternoon weeding in the garden and moving a few plants.  As my garden is sheltered the cold wind didn't reach me.  Also managed to dry washing outside.

On the hospital front I now have another appointment with the consultant on 12th May (he has been on holiday!).  Hopefully the cogs will now start turning again.
