St Ives Path

Despite the promised fall in temperature arriving today, it was beautiful out in St Ives this morning as I took this path to meet yearofhappy and daughters for a walk.  By the time we had finished our circuit at Low Park, with a bit of attempted tree climbing, the sky had clouded over and it was distinctly chilly.

Back home I had a bit of lunch and walked over to Jen and Pete's with a birthday present for young Mia who will be six on Wednesday.  Jen was busy making a fabulous cake which will be both gravity defying and a surprise when cut!  She's a terrific cake maker!
