Waiting on someone important

I think I would keep up better with blip if my kids would let me have my phone for at least a few mins a day :)

We saw this scene on several overpasses on our way back from the Dallas area and we're intrigued to know who they were waiting for.
A bit of googling later revealed there was a procession of cars containing medal of honor recipients just a little way behind us.
Shame we didn't get to see them.
