Fit for a Queen

Today was Her Majesty's 90th birthday and in true patriotic style the Union Jack was flying above the Castle in celebration. Today was also the birthday of another special lady my mummy.

As a birthday treat dad and I arranged for an owl experience with the falconry team who did a wonderful job of looking after mum. Here she is flying Mozart the European Eagle Owl with the lovely Hannah.

Mum's birthday continued in regal style with an overnight stay in the Maiden's Tower after lovely dinner at a village pub with me and dad. Owls and castles, what more could you ask for on your birthday.
