Plooter in the sun

This old boat which is now a pleasure craft, not sure it was always that, left the canal for a wee plooter in the bay outside Crinan.

I had headed down the canal on my bike today, very brave of me. The sun was lovely and I saw a female mallard with 14 little ducklings looking like they were having their first swim. I did stop peddling to take a couple of photos but the light was very hard and contrasty so didn't suit the subject. The duck was having problems keeping the ducklings under control, they were swimming every where.

To make up for my very short cycle I made some Chelsea buns when I got home and I've now eaten two. Off again on the football run, at least they are playing in the sun tonight.
