Hanging on the telephone..

Beautiful day, and spent some time in the tunnels this morning.

Then decided to call Vodafone to get things sorted once and for all. Got through quickly around 12:40, and described the problems to the first advisor. He put me through to someone else. So I had to describe everything again.. And then I was put on hold, and I waited, and waited, and waited.. after an hour and a half, decided to try a live web chat as well..

Again, I was passed between there advisors before getting to the root of the problem. I hope after almost an hour and a half, that it's all sorted now. Ooh, and I hung up on the phone at 1:53..

They sent two phones, I tried to return one twice, this is the third attempt. At the last attempt, they managed to cut off the line that was working on the phone I'm keeping, so I was given news number when I picked G up on Wednesday. Now just need to get my old New number back!!

Time for a pint after all that..
