the neighbours

On the last morning of our holiday, the horses we had met previously on our walks came to the garden gate and posed for photos. 

We were only 36 miles from home, up a quiet valley in the far east of the county. What a contrast to the central Lakes. We've had a great time but it's nice to be back home to the luxuries of central heating and internet.
