At last, managed to get a Docs appointment...sent to hospital for a hip X Ray. The advice at the moment is to keep dancing, walking and doing my Yoga...the thing NOT to do is rest it. Thanks for all your kind comments. Will get the results in 2 to 3 weeks...why so long for one XRay?
